Shipping | Returns | Warranty

All deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are generally free of charge for orders over CHF 100. Under CHF 100, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 9.--. applies

This does not apply to delivery costs to destinations that cannot be reached directly by the carrier (e.g. access only by mountain or cable car), as well as deliveries by a service partner. These costs are shown separately on the order and invoice.

Exchanges, returns, returns and refunds = always report to us

If something doesn't fit, you can benefit from the 14-day right of return. Please make sure that there are no signs of use on the parts and that everything is included - otherwise we have to refuse the return or impose a certain discount:

  • Unopened and originally packaged and sealed products (except hygiene products) = The value of the goods will be refunded
  • Opened without signs of use with undamaged original packaging in full (incl. accessories) = 90% will be refunded
  • Opened with signs of use with original packaging and complete accessories = condition of the items must be checked and may be refused
  • Damaged products or with missing accessories / original box = no refund can be claimed

Returns of products are at the expense and risk of the customer. The return address (please do not send it to Urban Trading GmbH without prior arrangement) will be communicated to you after contacting us. The products, including all accessories, must be packed professionally and safely in their original packaging.

The return due to a defect in the product must be accompanied by a detailed description of the error and a copy of the purchase invoice. In the case of products that do not have any detectable defects or that the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Urban Trading GmbH may charge the customer for the costs of testing as well as return or disposal.

In order to clarify the further procedure, please contact us - before you return the item. Upon receipt of the rejected product, a suitable solution will be sought. Be it by rescission (replacement), reduction (adjustment of the purchase price to the effective value) or refund of the purchase price.

Returns that cannot be attributed to a customer will be kept for 12 months and then disposed of.

Warranty / Guarantee

The two-year warranty period from the date of delivery always applies, whereby Urban Trading GmbH has the choice of providing the warranty by repair, replacement, rescission or reduction.

The warranty is only provided if there are no grounds for exclusion such as normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect manipulation, interventions and manipulations as well as external circumstances such as natural hazards, moisture, fall and impact damage, etc.

If the manufacturer's warranty goes beyond the warranty on the part of Urban Trading GmbH, Urban Trading GmbH also grants this to its customer. Products marked as "remanufactured" in the shop are demonstration products or returns from customers. They may have slight visual defects or be repaired products, which is why they are also sold at a reduced price. These optical defects are excluded from the warranty. Urban Trading GmbH may, at its own discretion, provide the customer with a replacement product at its own discretion during the examination of the warranty claim. This is done under the (precedent) condition that there is actually a case of warranty. Thus, the customer only acquires ownership of the replacement product at the moment of the warranty commitment. In the event of a rejection of the warranty, the customer may purchase the replacement product at the price of the time of delivery to him or he is obliged to return the replacement product in accordance with clause 12.

Repair after the warranty period has expired or out of warranty Performance

For repairs after the warranty period has expired, Urban Trading GmbH may charge costs.
